For Renters

You can apply for any of our available rental properties by visiting our Apply Now page. Simply select the property you’re interested in, fill out the online application form, and submit the required documents.

Applicants must provide a completed application form, proof of income, valid identification, and consent to a background and credit check. Rental history and references may also be required.

Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee of $75 per applicant to cover the cost of background and credit checks.

The security deposit is typically equivalent to one month’s rent but may vary depending on the property and your creditworthiness. Specific details are provided in each property’s listing.

Pet policies vary by property. Typically, we charge a one-time pet deposit and a one-time pet fee.

For non-emergency maintenance requests, please use our Tenant Portal to submit a ticket. For emergency repairs, contact our maintenance hotline at Emergency Phone Number immediately.

Rent is due on the first of each month. You can pay rent securely online through the Tenant Portal, set up automatic payments, or pay via check or money order at our office.

If you need to terminate your lease early, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. Early termination may involve fees as outlined in your lease agreement.

Absolutely! We will contact you 60 days before your lease expires to discuss renewal options and any updates to the terms.

Please provide a written notice at least 30 days before your intended move-out date, as specified in your lease agreement. You can submit your notice through the Tenant Portal or deliver it to our office.
